So Confused??

Can someone please explain to me why my photos are out of order and how can you get all fancy with your photos and text??? My photos always go to the top with the text at the bottom?? Am I really that clueless when it come to blogging?

i always cut and paste the picture code to the bottom of my text. they usually upload in order though i think....

Once I get all my phots on there, I drag the pictures down in the order I want them. Usually when I upload I select "center" unless I was the picture to go to the right or left of the text.
